Reaserch Abstract
A Russian Tanker sank at Japan Sea on Feb. 2, 1997 and the spilled oil is dispersed to the Japanese Shores. The present study investigates the process of the oil dispersion and drifting onto the seashore along the Niigata Prefecture, some 600 km north-east of the spillage point. and compare with the result of the simulation.
